This beautiful plate can be used both cooking and serving.
Ceramics in the use: Cearamics are dishwasher, oven and microwave oven proof. Avoid rapid temperature changes which may cause breakage of the dish!

Suitable as a seasoning for all fish. Spruce Sprout, Atlantic sea salt and chives form a good flavor combination. Also suitable as a table seasonin (salanity 30%).
