Products are ordered at online store by placing them on the cart and paying them at checkout. All customer information handled is confidental. Customer information is used only to delivery and solving obscurities regarding the delivery. By ordering you are assumed to have read the terms and conditions which are valid at the time of order.
Payments are provided by Paytrail Oyj in collaboration with banks and credit institutions. Paytrail service does not require registration. All information and payments are handled through SSL-protection, which means no outsider can see your information.
Your payment is registered immediately and an email-confirmation is sent to you.
Bank online payments You can pay through any finnish bank. When using your bank login information during checkout, you are briefly transferred to the online system of your own bank and pay your order from your bank account. Payment receiver is Paytrail Oyj, which is our payment provider.
Card payments (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Business Eurocard) Payments by card are carefree and safe. All payments are handled by Paytrail Oyj. Payments are always handled through protected connection.

Delivery methods and prices.
Your order delivery prices are available after you choose payment and shipping method. We ship orders as registered (parcel etc.) or unregistered. Tracking is available for registered deliveries with tracking ID.
Delivery to Finland takes usually 1-7 days. For other countries it might take longer. We do not take responsibility for delays caused by force majeure. Abnormal delivery times are informed at frontpage. Delivery times can be longer if the product is not at stock. We will contact customer if this is the case. Deliveries left before 12AM are handled at the same day.
Replacement and returns
You have the right to replace or return your whole order or part of it within 14 days of receiving the order. Products returned must be in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Before returns you must always contact the seller by email at email@example.com. You will then receive precise details.
When returning products, attach a note with your customer ID, name, contact details and your bank account details for refunds.
